Sub-processors

To deliver the Service we rely on a small set of vetted third-party providers ("sub-processors"). Each is bound by contract to protect personal data and to process it only as needed to provide their service to us. The current list is below.
1. Current sub-processors
- Hosting / infrastructure — runs the application servers and storage that power the Service.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — product analytics and traffic measurement; loaded only after consent.
- Google AdSense (Google LLC) — serves and measures ads where shown; loaded only after consent.
- Payment processor (e.g. Razorpay) — processes credit and plan purchases; handles card data under PCI-DSS.
- Email delivery — sends transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts) and, with consent, product updates.
2. A note on your documents
The documents you process are handled by our own in-house EvixOffice engine and are not sent to third-party conversion clouds. The sub-processors above support accounts, payments, analytics, and email — not document conversion.
3. Changes & notice
We may update this list as our providers change. Business customers under a DPA can subscribe to change notices and may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds.
