Terms of Service

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process, or that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing dataset or to violate any law or third-party right.
• Resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the limited, temporary licence needed to process those files to deliver the operation you request. We do not claim ownership of your documents and delete them after processing (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Credits, plans & billing

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider; by purchasing you authorise the applicable charge.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Unused credits may expire as described at purchase. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

5. Availability & changes

We target high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or discontinue features. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding your files), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
